About us
Our Commitment to Better Health for Everyone
The EKPCN supports coordinated healthcare that begins with the person. The EKPCN team consists of Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Clinic Staff, Midwives, and Aboriginal Care Navigators who work together to ensure all East Kootenay residents have a home base for their everyday health care needs.

The EKPCN is designed to maximize healthcare roles and resources in a way that optimizes the primary care team’s time, works to their strengths, and supports the patient’s health journey.

The EKPCN designs services for the region by considering the entire population's health needs, from communities to individuals and families. This involves collaborating across different sectors and addressing social factors affecting health.
